I became a midwife while living in England where midwifery care is normal for all pregnant women. I returned home to Texas in 1997 and began my practice in 1998 after I had satisfied the Texas legal requirements. Dolphin Midwifery Services was started and by the middle of 2000 I felt that another experienced midwife would offer more consistant care for the client. Gail Johnson and I joined our practices to become Eden Song Maternity, Inc. on 01-01-01.
