In my haste to delete a comment that was actually a link to hundreds of porn sites, I managed to delete all the comments on all the entries in my blog.  I am so sorry about this, particularly about all the thoughtful contributions to the discussion about pre-eclampsia.  I will try not to be so unnerved by unwelcome and offensive comments in the future.
